These YouTube videos show excellent presentations of the Yang 24-Forms.
This is a video of me performing and explaining a warmup, and then the first seven and last two movements of the 24 Forms.

Click here to go to a website that contains short videos of individual movements in the 24-forms. Click on "single movements" in the Yang-style section, and after the next page opens, choose a movement from the drop-down list. Most movements have both a front-view and a side-view.
These YouTube videos were made by a couple of fellow students from my TaiJi class in Beijing...very silly.
There are many helpful books available. Some of these are out of print, but if you use the ISBN to search the internet, you may find copies of these for sale.
